Car not washed despite asking for it to be washed. The guy who handed over the car trying to tell me it had been washed when it clearly hadn't! Also staff bickering with each other at the service desk when I went to collect the keys. Not professional

Don't charge customers without their prior approval for things like screen whether or key fob batteries. I also didn't understand why they changed the polen filter but not the air filter

Its great apart from not being notified about the work that needs doing in my car in which i found out on an email 30 minutes after whilst i am just in the waiting area in which some other customers seems to have been told personally, strange hmm.

Cannot be satisfied with 0 service. They can send all the emails they want but if they're not gonna chase up to find the answer then what's the point. You don't send post to someone and not ask if they received the item do you? Stupid really.

still figuring how to connect with service centre in case there is glitches in car. e.g. seat belt was locked for a while. it was not inspected when not in job order until mot failure this time.

They sold me a car that doesn't work and at times has been dangerous to drive. They didn't have the tools and parts to fix my vehicle meaning it was in for 2+ weeks.

Work was successfully carried out but a wheel was damaged while at the garage. Have been told it would be looked into twice and still not heard anything back. This was over 5 days ago now.

Everything just flowed. Booking in was easy, I was kept fully informed and updated with the service process. Jeremy on the service desk could not have been more helpful in sorting out an issue found during the service. Car returned on time.

The recall service exceeded my expectation. On collection my car had been cleaned & waxed, plus I was given a few complementary items for delay in fitting part, due to part arriving damaged. Great communication throughout with team member Jason.

No mention of airbag recall fixing while collecting the car. That was the main reason why I got my car to you guys. I had selected fuel top up but I found the unopened bottle on my seat. I was expecting that be filled in the tank.

They were going to have my car in for Monday but I was told on the Saturday that the part is not going to be delivered so had to book it for Wednesday, as I had taken a day off work on Monday. As the part should have been organised earlier.

On collection I noticed white discolouration and light scuffs on NSF wheel. Tried wiping stains off but was too stubborn. Spoke to service desk, car was taken to prep and stains removed but left dull finish. Light scuffs still visible. Disappointed.
