Polite & efficient service throughout day. Good facilties for waiting customers. I forget if I dealt with Cambridge francise before it moved to Cambourne, but early experience with several BMW dealers wasn't great. I might return from independents!

The only problem I had was that the service indicator wasn't zeroed and the car's service history was not updated on the car. Attempts to correct this remotely has resulted in the deletion of whereabouts the service was carried out.

Recently the front suspension of my car collapsed. I contacted the booking staff and had my car transported to Group One Cambridge. Immediately the damage to my vehicle was assessed and I was informed of the cost. The repairs were completed in a week

The reason for the visit was a warranty issue with a faulty key. It needed a replacement key, which wasn't available when I collected the car. I had to go back a few days later to pick it up and it wasn't programmed to the car or my profile.

The service took over three hours (estimated 2.5 to 3) caused by a delay in getting the car washed. It would have been useful to know about the potential for delay before opting for the wash (I was waiting for the car to be serviced)

The car only came in for an MOT. I specifically asked for it now to be cleaned. I washed it the day before so it didn't need cleaning. It still got washed and the paintwork became damaged with swirls. The dealer apologised.

There was nothing, not to be satisfied about except the long lead time for one of the shock absorbers, mentioned above. And that is BMWs fault, not Group 1's fault.
