The service took over three hours (estimated 2.5 to 3) caused by a delay in getting the car washed. It would have been useful to know about the potential for delay before opting for the wash (I was waiting for the car to be serviced)

The purpose was not achieved. EGR recall service outstanding for almost 2 years, booked in last October and cancelled by BMW then took the car in this time and parts were not available. Service inspection and car clean otherwise excellent.

On calling on the phone or when dealing with the service department the staff have been alert and interested - quickly focussing on my needs for my car - created a plan with options and sorted the way forward - kept informed about collection.

Well explained and carried out what they said they'd do. At the end, when collecting my car, the member of staff look me out to my car which was really appreciated as it would have taken me a while to find it on the forecourt. Washed car too!!

The car only came in for an MOT. I specifically asked for it now to be cleaned. I washed it the day before so it didn't need cleaning. It still got washed and the paintwork became damaged with swirls. The dealer apologised.

When booking in work to be carried out while a customer is waiting, it would be good to be given a time window for how long the work is expected to take, for example 60 minutes or 60-90 minutes, or up to 2 hours for example.

Group 1 Cambridge attempted to steal £70 from my pocket. Full price for changing 2 tyres was agreed by phone in advance. However half an hour after my car was taken to the workshop I was given a phone call quoting £70 higher price. Disgusting.
